How the documents fit together
The Terms govern use of BRDG. The Privacy Policy explains our general data practices. The DPA applies when BRDG processes personal data for a merchant. The Cookie Policy describes browser storage, and the Subprocessors page identifies the providers and merchant-directed services involved in delivery.
An order form, enterprise agreement, or other written agreement may add commercial terms. If a signed agreement conflicts with these online terms, the signed agreement controls to the extent of that conflict.
